5XZ series gravity separators are suitable for processing of the seeds of corn, wheat, rice, soybean, sorghum, various vegetables and other agricultural and sideline products. The machine either other be used in the grain processing plants or be used individually.
Structural features:
The machine is composed of vibrating deck, air supply, vibrating unit with variable speeds, angle regulation system and etc.
So far as the sieve on the vibrating deck is concerned, sieves of different sized can be chosen as per the materials to be leaned, Vibrating unit with variable speeds is in position to change the frequency of the sieve. When the air supply finishes grading, the system is in the optimum state which controls the graduation of wind velocity to turn seeds into layers. Because of the adoption of multi-fun system, the distribution of the air is certainly rational. Another feature of this system is low noise. The adjustable angle of the deck meets the cleaning demands of various crops.
